It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single woman in possession of a good watch must be in want of Amazon Prime. And so it was with much anticipation that I began my summer by devouring the latest season of Doctor Who, after waiting what felt like an eternity for its release on Amazon Prime. The newest season did not disappoint: Peter Capaldi is as excellent as ever in the role of the Doctor, and the writing overall was very strong. There were some truly nail-biting moments (especially involving Missy), and I found myself eagerly turning the pages to see what would happen next. If you're a fan of Doctor Who or just enjoy well-done sci-fi TV shows, then I highly recommend watching Season 9.
